Children's Ministry

"Suffer little children, and forbid them not to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven." ~ Matt 19:14

Here at McLeansville Baptist Church, we understand that the greatest impact in a child's life is the home. Nothing can replace the importance of raising your children for God. Therefore, we strive to partner with you in impacting your children for Christ. All of our programs, whether Sunday School, Children's Church, or the Wednesday night Kidz-4-Christ clubs, center around teaching your children to have a deeper love for the Lord and a greater understanding of His Word. 


We provide age specific classes in order to maximize the teacher's ability to teach the truth of the Bible in ways that help your children with their day to day life. Each of our youth classes also strives to build relationships and, starting in 1st grade, hold regular outings in order to build a community of encouragement and friendships to help each other live their lives for the Lord!



Students & Youth

The Ignite Youth at MBC are comprised of our Junior High and Senior High aged youth. Through Sunday School and Wednesday night classes, we strive to nurture a deeper walk with the Lord in the lives of our young people.


We also have regular outings to provide service opportunities, as well as different fellowship activities to strengthen relationships and build friendships among like minded teenagers.

College & Career

"And there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother." ~ Prov 18:34

At MBC, we understand that the transition from High School to adulthood is a crucial phase of life. That's why we have our College and Career class, where members receive instruction from God's Word to help guide you through this challenging time of life.


Enjoy engaging with other adults your age, facing similar struggles in life, and encourage one another in your walk with the Lord. Of course, there are plenty of opportunities to fellowship and share some laughs as well, so come see how you belong in the MBC College and Career class!

Adults

"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

Our adult ministry centers on gathering as a community around the Word of God and living lives modeled after Christ. The goal of all adult ministries at MBC is to help challenge participants to live out their faith while impacting others with the power and truth of the Gospel!

Happy Hearts

"With the ancient is wisdom; and in length of days understanding."
~ Job 12:12

At MBC, we love our senior adults. There's just something special about being around someone who has been down the road and experienced the ups and downs of life. Happy Hearts is a monthly gathering of our senior citizens to fellowship together. Whether traveling to a historic sight, enjoying a great meal, or a combination of both, Happy Hearts is a great way to enjoy great fellowship with great people!

Sunday School

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

At MBC, our Sunday School classes are designed to provide specific emphasis for every phase of life. So whether you are a child, fresh out of high school, newly married, senior citizen, or somewhere in between, there is a class for you!

Music Ministry

“O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.”

We are very excited about the music program at McLeansville Baptist Church. Our choir has never sounded better. The music program has been blessed with many special solos, duets, trios, and instrumentals. We are blessed with many talented musicians and vocalists. We also encourage our young people to get involved in the choir and special groups.


Throughout the year we also have gospel groups performing at revivals and other special occasions, as well as special musical programs by our choir.


When you visit our Church come expecting a blessing from our music ministry.

Radio Ministry

“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” 
~ II Timothy 4:2

Our church is delighted to provide a radio program that airs every Monday through Friday morning on WPET AM 950. From 9:45 AM until 10:00 AM we produce "Daybreak Devotions," a great way to get your mind and heart focused on God as you start your day.
